Computer Systems Engineering graduate from Middlesex University, Dubai. I bring both technical depth and operational breadth, having worked across data analysis, HR, cloud research, and operations roles since 2023. I am comfortable adapting to new environments and thrive when bridging the gap between technical systems and the people who use them.

Projects

Hands-on builds spanning IoT, mobile apps, and smart systems.

Power in Flow project preview

Power in Flow

Flutter • YOLOv8 • Firebase • Computer Vision

A cross-platform mobile app that uses real-time computer vision to track a ball's movement during play, turning raw footage into usable performance data.

Using YOLOv8 for real-time computer vision, the app tracks a ball's movement during play and converts that into usable performance data, solving a problem most amateur athletes face: rarely getting to review their own gameplay with any real precision.

Firebase handles the backend, providing cloud storage for footage, user account management, and a layer for storing performance metrics over time. Built using Flutter for cross-platform compatibility, the project pushed into unfamiliar territory around real-time object detection on mobile hardware.

Processing speed and accuracy had to be balanced carefully throughout development. The end result lets athletes go back, watch tracked footage, and actually see patterns in their play instead of relying on memory alone.

Quikart project preview

Quikart

Raspberry Pi • RFID • Firebase • Android

A smart shopping cart that combines RFID scanning with a Raspberry Pi setup, letting customers skip the checkout queue entirely.

Designed to rethink the in-store checkout experience, Quikart combines RFID scanning with a Raspberry Pi powered cart system to let customers skip the queue entirely. As items are placed in the cart, RFID tags are scanned and instantly reflected in a connected Android app.

The app keeps a running total and updates product information in real time, while Firebase manages the database layer, syncing cart contents with payment processing on the backend.

The bigger challenge was making the hardware and software talk to each other reliably, ensuring scans registered consistently and that the app reflected changes without lag. Quikart essentially turns the cart itself into the checkout counter.

Smart House System project preview

Smart House System

Arduino • STM32 • Sensor Fusion • Embedded Systems

A home security system (Smart Guard) built on the idea that most alerts arrive too late, monitoring several risk points at once.

Smart Guard uses Arduino and STM32 microcontrollers to monitor multiple risk points simultaneously, including door access, flame detection, and ultrasonic proximity sensing.

All of it feeds into an LCD display for immediate, real time feedback. The technical core of the project was sensor fusion, getting multiple types of sensors to work together without conflicting signals or false positives.

The interface stayed simple enough that anyone in the house could glance at the display and understand what was happening, balancing embedded systems work with genuinely user-centered design.

Automated Smart Bin project preview

Automated Smart Bin

Arduino • Ultrasonic Sensors • Servo Motors • IoT

A touchless waste bin that opens automatically, built around careful sensor tuning rather than complex hardware.

This Arduino based smart bin uses ultrasonic sensors to detect when someone approaches and a servo motor to open the lid automatically, built during a period when touchless technology was becoming less of a luxury and more of an expectation.

The concept sounds simple, but the execution required tuning sensor sensitivity carefully. Too responsive, and the lid opens for anyone walking past. Too slow, and it defeats the purpose entirely.

Beyond the hygiene angle, the project served as a practical entry point into IoT systems, small, contained, and immediately testable in a real environment rather than just in theory.

GreenOponics Hydroponics project preview

GreenOponics Hydroponics

System Design • Automation • Client Installations

Custom hydroponic systems built for real clients, adapting one core framework to fit very different spaces and needs.

Unlike the other projects, this one involved direct client work, designing and building custom hydroponic systems tailored to whatever space a customer had available, indoor or outdoor.

Each installation needed its own configuration for automated watering schedules, nutrient distribution, and ongoing monitoring. No two spaces or plant setups behaved identically.

This meant balancing technical system design with genuine client conversations about what they actually needed, a different kind of problem solving than the more contained embedded systems projects.

Work

A record of roles across operations, data, HR, and research, newest first.

Operations Executive

Sep 2025 – Mar 2026

Manual Authorship • CentrePoint Systems • Process Standardization

Joining as an Operations Executive, one of my first priorities was addressing a gap that had quietly been slowing the team down: there was no single, structured reference for how core workflows actually worked. Within two months, I built a full operations manual from scratch, sitting with different processes, mapping out where confusion or delays usually crept in, and turning that into documentation the whole team could rely on going forward.

Alongside this, I took on validating customer documentation through the CentrePoint system, cross checking entries against banking partner records before they moved further down the pipeline. This meant regular phone and email coordination with those partners, catching discrepancies early rather than letting them surface as problems later.

The impact showed up in small, steady ways rather than one dramatic fix. New starters had something concrete to learn from instead of picking things up by trial and error. Teammates came to me directly when a process was unclear, which meant fewer repeated mistakes and a more consistent daily operation across the board.

Human Resources

Visa Processing • Candidate Onboarding • Interview Coordination

This role put me at the center of the employee lifecycle, from the moment a candidate walked into an interview to the final piece of paperwork that made their employment official. I scheduled and coordinated interviews between candidates and hiring managers, often working around tight availability on both sides to keep the process moving without losing momentum.

Once a hire was confirmed, my focus shifted to the administrative side that candidates rarely see but always feel the effects of: drafting offer and invitation letters, processing visit and residence visas, and making sure every compliance requirement was met before someone's first day arrived. Beyond recruitment, I handled tasks that technically sat outside HR but needed a steady hand, including vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and supporting the accounts team with tax invoices.

Nothing here was flashy, but the value was in reliability. Candidates experienced a smoother, faster path from interview to start date, and other departments had one less administrative burden to worry about, because I had already absorbed it.

Software One

Cloud & AI Research Analyst

Jun 2025 – Jul 2025

Remote Research • Compliance & Governance • Strategic Reporting

Working fully remote, I was tasked with answering a fairly open ended question: where does the UAE actually stand on cloud adoption and AI readiness, and where are the gaps worth paying attention to? That meant digging into industry specific challenges, understanding what customers were actually prioritizing, and examining how compliance, data governance, security, and financial sustainability all factored into adoption decisions.

Rather than just gathering information, I focused on making it usable. I compiled findings into a structured report supported by case studies and reference material, then presented the research in a virtual session designed for stakeholders who needed clear takeaways, not raw research notes.

The real value of this work was giving decision makers something concrete to act on. Instead of relying on assumptions about where the market was heading, they had an evidence backed picture of current adoption patterns, along with specific opportunities worth pursuing and risks worth watching.

Data Analyst

Zoho Entry & Validation • Multi-Insurer Records • Claims Accuracy

Insurance claims processing leaves very little room for small mistakes, since a single misentered detail can delay a payout or throw off an entire assessment. Over close to a year in this role, I reviewed claim documents, organized case files, and maintained digital records across multiple insurers, all of which needed to stay accurate enough to hold up under audit.

The daily core of the job was entering and validating finalized claims in Zoho, cross referencing vehicle reports, police documentation, and garage quotations against each other before anything was marked complete. Catching a single inconsistency at this stage could prevent a claim from being delayed or disputed weeks later.

Over time, this built a genuinely sharp eye for spotting errors before they became problems, and that habit translated directly into fewer processing delays and cleaner datasets for assessors to work from.

Operations Coordinator

May 2023 – Jul 2023

Quotation Drafting • Portfolio Organization • Client Communication

This was my first professional role, and it turned out to be the foundation for almost everything that followed. The work itself was varied and hands on: preparing client quotations, organizing company portfolios so they were easy to navigate and presentable, and reviewing agreement letters before they went out to clients.

A large part of the role also involved refining how the company communicated in writing, since first impressions with clients often came through email rather than face to face conversation. I supported full time staff by taking on whatever administrative load was slowing them down, whether that meant paperwork, scheduling, or simple follow ups that otherwise sat unfinished.

Looking back, the value of this role was less about any single task and more about what it taught me early: that operational efficiency is built from dozens of small details done carefully, every time.
